Lindsey Office Furniture Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lindsey Office Furniture warrants its “First Office Products” or “House Brand Products” and its Remanufactured Knoll Morrison cubicles to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the following limitations. 

Coverage 

This warranty is made only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Lindsey Office Furniture or an authorized dealer. The customer’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at the discretion of Lindsey Office Furniture. 

What’s Covered 

All components of the covered products are included in this warranty, except for normal wear and tear or damages resulting from use other than for intended purposes. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover products used for rental purposes, 24-hour shift applications, or exceeding the published weight limits. 

What’s Not Covered 

This warranty shall not apply to any product that must be replaced or repaired due to: – Normal wear and tear 

– Misuse, negligence, or accidents 

– Unauthorized modifications or alterations 

– Damage from shipping or storage under improper conditions after initial installation – Use of the product in a manner not in accordance with the written instructions or warnings provided by Lindsey Office Furniture 

– Products that are moved by a moving company other than Lindsey Office Furniture.

Liability Limitations 

Lindsey Office Furniture will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the product, including loss of revenue, downtime, or loss of data. 

Labor and Transportation Costs 

Lindsey Office Furniture will cover all labor and transportation costs for repairs or replacements, provided the product is within 250 miles of our location. For products outside this range, transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

How to Request Warranty Service 

To request warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact their original sales representative. Consent from Lindsey Office Furniture must be obtained before any warranty work is performed.
